About this apartment rental
This urban hideaway is in the heart of River North and offers amazing views, free parking and an in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen allows the inner chef to flourish or you can explore the many award winning restaurants within a couple blocks. Michigan Avenue, State Street, Downtown, the "El" and the Lakefront are just blocks away.
The unit is on the third floor of a three floor walk up. Sorry there's no elevator.

There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.
Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.
Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.
When checking out do not leave windows open, lights on and doors unlocked.
Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.

Please take off shoes after entering the unit.
Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.
Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.
Please report anything that is not working or broken.
