The Aquarius 4 Apartment is a fantastic 1-bedroom home designed and perfect for two people, which has a large community pool and is located just a minute walk from Las Burras beach.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please be informed that the pool will be closed from the 13th april and will stay empty until the 4th of may when the renovations works will take place until aproximatelly the end of august.
This vacation rental is pure comfort, with one bedroom fitted with a luxurious king-size bed, this beachfront gem offers ultimate relaxation.
It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Located a few steps from the shared pool, you will have easy access to taking a refreshing dip at Apartment Aquarius 4.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
1 cot and 1 high chair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
