Wish we could give a 4.5 star review! Our stay was lovely and just what we needed for our two nights in Minneapolis. The location is convenient and centrally located. I would not suggest looking up the neighborhood, Stephens Square, on-line - Reddit forums paint it in a very concerning light but our family of five felt safe during our stay. It is an older home, so it has all the quirks you might expect - squeaks in the floor, doors that fit a little funny - but nothing that makes the stay uncomfortable or unpleasant. There are a few signs that previous renters haven’t treated the apartment with care, but I’m sure they are in line to get repaired. Communication with Katherin was clear and easy. She let us know the apartment was clean early so we got an early check in. The electronic locks were easy to use, especially with her detailed instructions. We also appreciated the installed window AC units due to the very high temps and the air quality warnings.

This place was very nice and clean. The space was just as advertised. The only issue I had was that it was a bit loud between the street noise and neighbors, but that is not a deal breaker for me. Just something to note for someone who is a light sleeper.,
