Spacious 1 bedroom ocean front condo in Seawatch, right on the beach with an oceanfront indoor pool. Close to The Pier, Palace Playland and all Old Orchard Beach has to offer for vacation fun. Off street parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 4, ensuite main bathroom and guest bathroom as well.

Great location with beautiful view of the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. The owner does expect renters to wash all the sheets and towels and fold them before the 10:00am checkout.

This was the perfect place for our family of four! The condo is clean, well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located! We would absolutely stay here again!!

The room was very nice, spacious. Some of the lights didn’t work. No ironing board. No A/C, warm despite fans being provided. Laundry on site a plus. Bed was not very comfortable.
