About this cottage rental
Our vacation home, Deich Frans, is brand-new and equipped with everything your heart desires.
With 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Three bathrooms spread across three floors ensure that both multiple couples and large, multigenerational families can enjoy their vacation together while maintaining their privacy. The first floor, which is wheelchair accessible, features a bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, two bedrooms—each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm)—have access to a spacious wellness bathroom with a sauna and shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a spacious rooftop terrace offering views of the lighthouse and the Bodden—ideal for a quick break or a moment of relaxation between sauna sessions, which you can enjoy there in a beach chair. A desk and a cozy wingback chair on the first floor offer a quiet spot to retreat—whether to work or simply unwind.
In the attic on the second floor, there is a cozy loft with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. A directly adjoining bathroom with a shower ensures privacy on this floor as well.
The open, light-filled living area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together or relax on the sofas or in front of the gas fireplace. The large dining table, from which you can look out into the garden through the floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortably seats 8 people.
To ensure a relaxing vacation for parents as well, the stairs and electrical outlets are childproofed, and toddler essentials—including a crib, step stools, a high chair, and children’s dishes and cutlery—are already provided. A variety of games and art supplies provide entertainment, and a handcart makes beach activities easier. A patio table for 8 people and an electric awning for sun protection are provided. The awning also offers the option to turn on cozy lighting.
For large families or groups of friends, the identical neighboring houses “Deich Frida,” “Deich Alma,” and “Deich Michel” are also available. It is possible to remove the patio partitions to share the adjacent patios.
The Baltic Sea and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.
