About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the commune of Bénodet, a “5-star” seaside resort in Southern Brittany, this 30 m² flat with sea view, with balcony and swimming pool in a very pleasant environment. Located 50 meters from the beach, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift). It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the sunny days. If you wish, you can access all amenities without having to use your car for the duration of your stay. For a walking or cycling holiday, in a pleasant, quiet residence with ocean views and wifi included, we're waiting for you!

Outside the “Cap Glénan” residence:
- 36 m² shared heated swimming pool, open from April to September

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in the heart of Cornouaille and the Breton Riviera. Positioned at the mouth of the Odet river, named “the prettiest river in France”, and facing the famous Glénan islands, Bénodet is distinguished by both the beauty of its coastline, traversed by the GR34, and the diversity of its landscapes. It offers a wide range of activities, leisure, relaxation and entertainment.
