Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals is excited to host this lovely second floor condo located in The Havens at Barefoot Resort that has 1050 square feet of living space along with a screened in porch for extended living overlooking the pond.

This condo accommodates four guests comfortably offering two bedrooms and two full baths. The private master suite has a king size bed, master bath, ceiling fan, walk in closet for plenty of storage, dresser and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV and the full bath is located in the adjacent hallway.

The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking those amazing meals.

The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen TV for entertainment with friends and family. The screened in porch is located off the living room for that extended space for the kids to enjoy playing games, morning coffee, reading or just some quite time.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Linens and towels are provided in the condo.

Ready to take a dip in the pool, The Havens has a pool located a short walk from the condo. If this pool is not large enough, guests are invited to use the main Resort pool and spa located at the North Tower overlooking the Marina and the Intercoastal Waterway. If you get hungry while at the pool, The Marina Bar and Grill offers food and drinks and nightly entertainment.

If the beach and ocean is your preference, it's located one mile from the Resort entrance and a free shuttle is available in season to take you to and from the beach.

The Resort has another eatery called Putters Pub located at the the driving range for lunch after your round of golf at one of the four championship courses located in Barefoot such as Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman or just stop in for a refreshment to watch your favorite sports team on the multiple TV's surrounding the restaurant.

The Barefoot Market & Cafe is a full convenience store with all the essentials you would need without going over the Barefoot bridge. They have lunch specials and brick over pizza.

We never plan on getting sick or hurt while on vacation, but if the need arises that you would need non emergency medical assistance, Care Now Urgent Care if located within Barefoot Resort for you convenience.

Don't want to cook, take a short drive to Barefoot Landing with over 20 restaurants, shopping and fun for the kids. Take in a show after dinner at The Alabama Theater, House of Blues , Carolina Opry, Comedy Cabana, or Legends in Concert to name a few.

For fun for the kids, numerous mini golf attractions, Alligator Adventure, Sky Wheel, Magic Quest, Wonder Works, Grand Pix Cars and Broadway at the Beach for more restaurants, shops and fun for the little ones.

This is non smoking unit and not pet friendly.

Must be 25 years of age to rent the condo.
