About this house rental
**New listing.** 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 1000 sq ft townhome. Conveniently located by exit 1, many restaurants, movie theater, & located near Northeast school complex. We welcome pets per our pet policy with the following exceptions (no puppies or kittens). Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets. We have outdoor cameras recording the front door & back door

Absolutely loved my stay! Cleanest place I have ever rented and stayed at! Slept great on the beds! Plenty of towels for 2! I would highly recommend this apartment! Great walking space out back for my Pomeranian’s! Only met a couple of the neighbors but they assured me it was a nice neighborhood and it was! I would definitely stay here again!

First, let me start with my host. We had very clear communication from the beginning and she welcomed me with open arms. From day one of my stay we chatted daily. She made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. She went above and beyond for me! I give her 200 stars!!
The rental was clean and tidy. My dog and I felt safe. The surrounding tenants were friendly.
The only issue I had with my stay had nothing to do with my rental, it was the dumpster that belongs to another property (that we as guests are to use) was junky. Folks just sat their garbage outside of the dumpsters and the wildlife would shred it. It would sit there without being addressed. My host reached out several times to get it taken care of, but I suppose they couldn’t find the time.
Other than the garbage, you will truly enjoy your stay.
