This beautiful new 2BR 2BA is located in downtown Silverthorne at Après Shores, Silverthorne's newest riverfront community. Enjoy fly fishing along the Blue River, world class skiing, biking, hiking trails, and more. Sit back and relax during Après hour or take a stroll along the riverfront path.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in addition to a full size sofa bed so this condo can accommodate 6 guests. Excellent location and central to all ski resorts and hiking trails! 1 reserved parking spot and 1 additional guest parking spot. This is an end unit on the 2nd floor with wonderful river views from the deck - a perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee or après ski/hike drink! The deck also features a 4-burner propane BBQ grill. Large storage closet for ski and gear.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 6, and a cozy living room with gas fireplace. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk in closet and spacious en suite bathroom. Bedroom number 2 has a queen sized bed and a TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with walk in shower. Private washer and dryer in the unit. There is a full size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 4 - 5 people comfortably.
Located in central Silverthorne directly across from Target and less than 5 minutes from shopping, bars and restaurants such as Kucu Tequila Bistro, The Mint, Enzas Deli, Timberline Craft Kitchen, plus liquor stores, bike and ski rentals, Outlet Mall and more! Just 5 minutes from I-70.

Beautiful new condo, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Everything was clean and new. Beds were very comfortable memory foam. Only thing I would note is the parking is very tight. We were in a full size Expedition and if the car beside us had been another full size, we couldn’t have fit. The parking across that was listed as open parking, had reserved signs. So not sure where additional parking would have been if we had 2 vehicles. All that said, we had one vehicle and it all worked great. Would stay again for sure!

Great condo, modern, spacious, and well equipped. My wife and I stayed here during our skiing trip and found it very comfortable and convenient.

The place is amazing. So cozy and convenient, it has everything you need. Super clean and everything looks new and fresh.
The best part was the view with the creek in the back.
Due to construction, it is hard to find the place the first time. Maybe add some instructions to make it easier.
Overall it was amazing!
