This beautiful new 2BR 2BA is located in downtown Silverthorne at Après Shores, Silverthorne's newest riverfront community. Enjoy fly fishing along the Blue River, world class skiing, biking, hiking trails, and more. Sit back and relax during Après hour or take a stroll along the riverfront path.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in addition to a full size sofa bed so this condo can accommodate 6 guests. Excellent location and central to all ski resorts and hiking trails! 1 reserved parking spot and 1 additional guest parking spot. This is an end unit on the 2nd floor with wonderful river views from the deck - a perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee or après ski/hike drink! The deck also features a 4-burner propane BBQ grill. Large storage closet for ski and gear.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 6, and a cozy living room with gas fireplace. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk in closet and spacious en suite bathroom. Bedroom number 2 has a queen sized bed and a TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with walk in shower. Private washer and dryer in the unit. There is a full size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 4 - 5 people comfortably.

We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again without hesitation! The location is fantastic, backing up to the Blue River, and the deck was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while listening to the water. The condo was well stocked and comfortable, with a standout primary bedroom featuring a king bed and spacious en-suite bath. Easy check-in and check-out made the entire experience seamless.

The property exceeded our expectations (compared to prior trips in the Blue River and Vail valleys), and the location is far enough from I-70 to minimize the ambient highway noise we always deal with in Vail. Living area was spacious and well-appointed with plenty of natural light. Kitchen was well-equipped, except for the knives being very dull (large assortment though) and, given today's crazy world, sharp knives may be better avoided. Loved the gas stove, blender and coffee pot. The riverside location and stream sounds were beautiful. As the host had warned, there is construction in nearby buildings on the property, and we did hear some moderate noise from that with the window and sliding glass doors open---mostly the beeping of backing up equipment. However, we were not disturbed early in the morning or in the evening. We spend most of our daytime hiking and exploring the Rockies when we visit, and the location was excellent for access to all of that. Also, the host warned about a limited supply of paper products, but the two of us hardly made a dent in the supplies and certainly did not have buy any extra. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, bathrooms had towels and washcloths with plenty of toilet paper, beds were comfortable. Fireplace was nice and fans in room helped circulate air when it got warm. Deck had a beautiful view of the river. Close to restuarants, gas stations and grocery stores. Only complaint was parking, there was minimal and the spots were very tight.
