About this house rental
Located in Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Community, this Haines City oasis is the perfect spot to make memories under the Florida sun! Start your mornings off by sipping coffee on the lanai, and then head out to explore the magic of Disney, conquer the greens of a nearby course, or simply relax in this updated 3BR, 2BA home! After your adventures, head back to cool off in the private, newly renovated pool (March 2024). With at-home comforts, a full kitchen, and a prime location, this vacation rental has it all.
Please be aware this is a non smoking/ non vaping vacation home. Cannabis use is NOT permitted on property.
The space
1 Mile to Golf | Step-Free Access |Heated Pool (OPTIONAL POOL HEAT FEE $45 per day-paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
SECURITY: Gated Community, 2 exterior Ring cameras (facing front entry & driveway)
Cameras do NOT look into any interior spaces!
PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), street parking (first-come, first-served)
NO PARKING IN GARAGE!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
OPTIONAL POOL HEAT for fee
($45 per day, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
OPTIONAL PROPANE BBQ for fee
($45 per stay, paid pre-trip) provided with 1 tank, if more needed, fill is responsibility of guest). It is expected that guests clean BBQ after use.
Directly outside the gates of Southern Dunes, you will find a vast amount of
stores, restaurants and other conveniences, such as Walmart Supercenter, Winn Dixie, ABC Liquor Store, McDonalds, Checkers, Burger King etc.
Haines City and the surrounding area features many shopping opportunities.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & VAPING & NO CANNABIS USE - NO PETS ALLOWED- NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR LARGE GATHERINGS
-Non-compliance of house rules will lead to a cancelation of reservation with no refunds & will be subject to additional charge for damages/ cleaning etc. -
All credit card transactions are subject to a fee charged by the credit card processor platform.
Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Primary Guest must be present for entire stay!
Your safety matters. The property is located in a gated community and features 2 exterior Ring security cameras located on the front door facing the front entry and driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when detected by motion or when the doorbell button is pressed.

Lovely villa for our family of four. Close to Walmart and Publix and straight down the I4 to Universal and Disney. Very clean, kitchen had all amenities you would need and there is a washer/dryer.Nice welcome pack when we arrived and hosts were easily contactable if needed. Pool area was nice and clean, lovely relaxing holiday. Villa was modern, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We have stayed at several VRBOs, but this one stood out a little more to us. We stayed for 10 days and were very grateful for the extra items that welcomed us upon our arrival. From the paper towels to a quick snack and coffee until we could get "grocercies." We appreciated the cooler and the beach towels, too. Perfect for our beach trip! Overall, clean and welcoming! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

This was my first time booking a rental property. I was very nervous as I did not know what to expect.
From seeing the rental property it just looks so perfect. When we got to the property it was exactly as what is shown in the photos. My niece really liked the little card they left for us and my nephew enjoyed the little snacks they had out and the pool.
Location was a good location.
Communication with Beate was amazing. She was accessible when neededand accommodating.
Having the phone conversation with her made me feel very relaxed in at the rental property. Very nice, friendly person.
Will rent here again.
