Very nice house, close to restaurants and stores. Modern decor and even though we didn’t get to use it, a really nice fire pit area in the backyard. Host is very responsive to making sure our stay went well. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We would return to this listing in the future.

This VRBO has some good qualities, but I personally won't be staying here again. Although there is a
cleaning fee, guests are still required to strip the bed and take out the trash, which raises the question:
What exactly is the cleaning fee covering? I come on vacation to relax, not to clean. Additionally, no trash
bags were provided to replace the ones we took out.
The property also has several maintenance issues that need immediate attention. The front door isn't very
secure and could easily be kicked open. The floors were sticky when we arrived. The main bathroom lacks
a tub spout diverter, so the water doesn't flow properly to the shower. The light fan in the second bedroom
was not working, the closet door in the main room was broken and inconvenient, and the sink in the master
bedroom bathroom is too small.
Overall, while the place has potential, it needs better upkeep.
