About this house rental
When you walk into the condo you will not believe the beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the Crystal River right out your window. You can even hear the water lapping on the shore. This top floor condo with great sunset views has two bedrooms plus a small loft bedroom and two bathrooms. The condo fits two couples or a family with children well. Not recommended to sleep all adults although that is allowed. Sleeps up to seven.
The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a Murphy bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen, and the small loft has two twins. There is a full bathroom on each level. The kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks Lake Michigan and the Crystal River.
Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and feel the gentle breeze off the water. Drive just a couple miles to Glen Arbor for dining, shopping, kayaking, tennis, and even mini golf! Ten minutes to the Sleeping Bear Dunes climb. Head to Big Glen Lake for boat or jet ski rentals. Thirty minutes to Traverse City.
Wall A/C units. Homestead Resort amenities (pool, tennis, etc.) are not included.

The view is OUTSTANDING!!! Also, loved being so close to the river and lake! One of the few condos that have A/C and the kids loved the top loft. We lost electricity due to storm damage and management was great about keeping in communication with us about the progress of it being restored. Cleanliness was good, but the fridge could use updated as it struggled to keep temperature down and we had alot of food in there to keep cold since we did alot of cooking there.

A great spot right by the lake. It was a working vacation for us so we appreciated that the wifi was reliable. Not a lot of gathering space inside, but that wasn't the goal. Everything worked and was clean, and you can't beat the location! Would rent again.

Location is great, can drive to glen arbor in minutes. Unobstructed views of the sunsets every evening. Very quiet, the week we stayed was off season and right before the summer rush would begin. Would go on the balcony and the only noises was the water on the beach and birds.

After the first year I called regarding the condo and told them the TV wasn’t working lucky my husband worked hard again to get it to work. Told them last year the couch was full of sand and the floor was too. This year still some sand on couch and on the floor with crumbs. This was our last year staying in this condo.
