The beach is at about 700 mt and you can reach it even on foot, in about 10 minutes: made up of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand, it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to the central location of Bagnaia, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio, at just 12 km about. The nearest bus stop is at about 550 meters from the apartment. The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motorboats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; in downtown Bagnaia you can find all main services such as restaurants and pizzerias; cafés and ice cream shops; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.

Outside it has a comfortable terrace equipped with table, chairs and a large umbrella, with a panoramic view over the valley and the sea in the distance. Modern, comfortable and well-organized furniture with air conditioning. Free access to the swimming pool of the reseidence for 2 persons. The apartment has not a private parking space, you can park in the parking place of the residence, based on availability.

Arrivals: Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Consumptions: electricity, water, gas, air condition/heating included. Final cleanings: € 95,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
