Well-kept and recently renovated, our ground floor apartment is convenient to all services, in a quiet location despite being in the centre, located in a small context of terraced houses with a private gate entrance. The living area consists of a room with TV corner and double sofa bed, kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds. Bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not admitted
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
