Featuring 60 feet of private waterfront with dock, centrally located on the Columbia river between Wenatchee and Chelan, this peaceful home is perfect for relaxing or taking part in the variety of recreational opportunities nearby. Views up, down, or across the river are sensational year round and best enjoyed from the deck or large yard. A cozy gas fireplace, well equipped kitchen and room to unwind are part of the charm. House had everything we needed to enjoy the area. Wenatchee and Chelan. We even kayaked on the Lake in October. Would recommend.

House is perfectly set up with kitchen, dining, living, & primary bedroom on main level. Downstairs is a wonderful hang out with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, bonus space & patio table/chairs with garage door that opens to the backyard & the river. Great way to chill in the shade & enjoy the views. They had 2 kayaks & a paddle board available for our use, which was a fun way to enjoy the river. Shannon provided great communication & was responsive when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group stayed here for the Blink-182 concert at The Gorge Amphitheater. The home was incredibly well stocked. I literally found everything I mistakenly left at home, plus everything I didn’t know I needed here! I love not having to worry about what may or may not be on hand during a vacation. The home was super clean, in great condition, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
