The living area is spacious and stylishly decorated with a double bed, large sofa and flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen is a great size for a studio apartment and is well-equipped with modern appliances, amenities and essentials. There is a separate bathroom with a bath/shower combo and basic bathroom essentials.
The highlight of this condo is of course the enclosed balcony that perches you above the city boasting sweeping views across downtown Atlanta as far as the eye can see.

It's important to note that, like many urban downtown areas, there are homeless individuals and liquor stores in the vicinity. However, rest assured that our neighborhood is vibrant and safe, with ample parking options available around the building for a fee. We do advise guests to be mindful of possible vandalism in public parking areas and recommend opting for a garage with an attendant for added security. We're committed to ensuring you have a pleasant and memorable stay in downtown Atlanta and are here to assist you every step of the way!

Exactly what I paid for. I just needed a place to lay my head while in Atlanta for a conference. Spot was very convenient downtown close to convenience stores, restaurants, shopping. The hallways smell like marijuana but there isn't much you can do about that. Otherwise, the apartment was clean.
