Comfortable and modern apartment at walking distance from the train station and the sandy beach.
Located in the old Pescara district, beside Gabriele D'Annunzio's house and other places of cultural interest,
The neighborhood is animated by a lively nightlife, with multiple bars and restaurants.
The space is made up of:
living room with kitchen, equipped with a two-seater double sofa bed and 32-inch smart TV. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, induction hob, combined microwave and traditional oven, cutlery, crockery and a complete set of pots and pans.
a double bedroom with 4-door wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and shoe rack. There is an iron and ironing table.
a bathroom with a shower and complete bathroom fixtures, with washing machine and hairdryer
Bed sheets and towels included in the price.
English, French and Italian spoken.
City tax
The municipality of Pescara requires the payment of a tourist tax from all people staying in an accommodation facility in the city. The cost of the tax is set at 2 euros for each overnight stay for each day of overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 12 and people who have reached the age of 70 are exempt.
The tax will be collected during the check-in phase, with the issuing of a payment receipt.

We were very comfortable in this apartment. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our host, Renaud met us to check us in and was very thorough with his instructions and explanations. We would be happy to return here sometime.

Renaud accommodated our crazy schedule. He explained everything about the place to us. No detail overlooked. So clean.
The location is convenient to a piazza but with that does come some noise.
We would definitely recommend this place in Pescara.
