Luxury oceanfront one bedroom condo totally remodeled with new kitchen, new flooring, new full bath and new flat screen TVs. Wonderful third floor ocean and pool views. Gorgeous LVP flooring thru out living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Updated kitchen has granite counter tops with very nice appliances. Kitchen is stocked with glasses, dishes and many small appliances too. You can enjoy the ocean view from the living room and the kitchen. Master bedroom has queen bed. Full size bathroom is all new with new vanity and shower/tub combination. The twin bunk beds are in place for two kids to sleep in. Living room has a sleeper sofa so you can comfortably sleep six people. Washer and dryer are in the condo. Great views and great location. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 327 Breakers in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Breakers is perfectly located near the Coligny shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the new Town of HH Park too. Beaches are right in front of you too. Breakers has an oceanfront pool too. You can walk to the Tiki Hut next door. Great location. Breakers now has an elevator to take you to the third floor.
Forest Beach is a great location to be on Hilton Head. You have easy access to the beaches, just across the street. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants located in the Coligny shopping area. You can enjoy breakfast at Skillets or Plantation Deli, pizza at New York City Pizza or dinner at Big Bamboo. Big Bamboo has live entertainment and a great bar area. The Town of Hilton Head has developed a beautiful town park with a huge grass area to picnic in or enjoy the huge Pirate Ship playground, just off Pope Avenue. All this within a minute or two of Xanadu. Miles of bike paths are just in front of the condo on Forest Beach road.

Location of condo could not have been more ideal. We only used our car once the whole week because everything was within walking distance. The condo itself could use some work, but the price, location and view make it easy to deal with very minor inconveniences. Thank you for a wonderful vacation week

The unit's location was a "10". The view was a "10+++"!
The management company's response to our outreach was a "10". The unit is dated. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, it could not be shut to run a cycle. The refrigerator was old, although it did work fine. The bathroom drain was clogged but was promptly fixed by the management company and I mean promptly. We called and 5 minutes later a representative was there to fix it. Thank you Robert and Staff, customer service was exemplary. However, this unit needs to be updated, there is rusting on the bathroom fixtures and the shower area. The bedroom, although the bed was comfortable, configuration was very cramped. The furniture is too large for the space. However, the VIEW is Spectacular and the location is great. They also need to get new deck seating, the chairs/tables are very old, very uncomfortable and takes away from the enjoyment. The pictures on the site makes it look very updated and new. Its not. Thank you Robert, we enjoyed the stay.

Our stay here was overall great! The location was perfect for our family of 4. It was short walk out to the beach. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. It isn't a large pool, but it was never overly crowded and our kids had a lot of fun. The unit was cozy and had the best view of the ocean.
