Our "Auszeit" vacation apartment, measuring 160 square meters, is located on the top floor and can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children (cribs are available upon request). The apartment was recently completed and has been lovingly furnished. From the parking lot, a staircase leads directly into the modern apartment, which features a balcony. A garden with seating, a grill, and a playground is available for our guests to use free of charge. With plenty of space, the apartment is ideal for large families, vacations with grandparents, or trips with friends. The fully furnished apartment is laid out as follows: 4 bedrooms, 1 large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a play area for the little ones; a bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus a guest restroom; an utility room with a washing machine and accessories; a spacious hallway; and storage space for strollers, skis, etc. A playground with play equipment, pedal cars, and a trampoline is available free of charge. Tractor rides in our vintage tractors are available by arrangement. You’ll find our newly built vacation apartments in the beautiful Lamer Winkel, in the Buchetbühl district. Our property is surrounded by meadows and forests that are just waiting to be explored. No matter the season, you’ll enjoy our beautiful landscape and the diversity of nature. With plenty of space, the apartments are an ideal vacation destination for large families, vacations with grandparents, or groups of families. We want you to feel right at home with us—arrive and relax in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Our “Rosa” apartment (first floor) has a living area of 75 square meters, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a couch, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hair dryer, a guest restroom, and a hallway with a coat closet. Our “Auszeit” apartment (top floor) has a living area of 160 square meters, four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a couch, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and tub, a toilet, a hair dryer, a guest restroom, and a balcony with seating. The following amenities are available for use by guests of both apartments: a terrace with seating and a grill, storage space for strollers, skis, and bicycles, and a free parking space right outside the front door. Children’s activities: Each apartment has a small play area with various games and books. There is a playground in the garden with a sandbox, swing, slide, trampoline, pedal cars, and much more. A deposit equal to 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is made by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available. The visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night and 0.80 EUR for children (ages 6–16) will be charged on site. Meals (bread roll service on weekends for a fee). The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
