About this house rental
Spacious Craftsman style home across from Penns Creek, 30 minutes to PSU. Fish, bike, hike, kayak, tube, or just relax. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) and bathroom with tub. Downstairs: large bedroom with 1 double and 1 single, bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry. Large dining and sitting areas, electric fireplace, large TV, WiFi, work station, fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor dining and sitting, gas grill & fire pit. NO parties, NO events, NO pets.
The space
Driveway parking leads you to the back porch entrance. You’ll walk through the fully equipped kitchen, through the g door into the dining room and on through the wide archway into the living room. The converted former front porch hosts a double bed, private sitting area, and has a view of Penns Creek. The alcove at the foot of the chestnut staircase has a dedicated work station. Downstairs also has a huge bathroom with laundry and walk in shower. Upstairs are two charming bedrooms with double beds, a wide landing, and bathroom with tub. There’s also a small third bedroom upstairs with open space for yoga or exercise.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole house and outdoor sitting areas to yourself.
Other things to note
Lots of amenities in the area, including restaurants, brewpub, winery, local spirits tasting room, gas stations, antique store, and grocery store. Just 30 minutes to Beaver Stadium.

This place was perfect for our family. So quiet and relaxing and it was exactly as it was described in the ad. The house is so inviting and feels like home. My husband was able to fish everyday on Penns Creek during our stay. We wanted to sit out around the fire pit but it rained everyday. Annie the owner is a very sweet lady and had everything ready for us when we arrived. She even left lights on for us. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This place was perfect! Great location and quiet. Even though it rained every day we were there it was still perfect. Everything was exactly as described. And the property owner was the sweetest lady. We would love to stay here again.
