For a slice of paradise on the Costa Blanca, a getaway to Villa La Paz is just the ticket. Perched on the hillside at the end of a cul-de-sac and designed with the stunning scenery in mind, it will be hard to snap up a villa with better views over Javea. Surrounded by rolling green hills, gaze in awe at decadent vineyards and lush greenery at every corner. Set in Javea, you’re just a stone’s throw away from its history-swept old town lined with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Sink your toes into its two standout beaches, proudly waving their Blue Flags; the pebbly La Grava is lined by a bustling promenade, while Arenal Bay is swathed with golden sands and shallow waters. 
The villa’s history echoes through the exteriors, with antique stucco walls, rustic stone borders, and terracotta tile roofs that blend into the traditional architecture of the region. Overflowing with a traditional style, the fresh white colour scheme and pine wood furniture perfectly match the antique décor and vintage furnishings. Choose between sinking in front of the fireplace or relaxing in the cosy nook with grand armchairs bordered by tall glass windows that illuminate the room. For the budding chefs in the group, the country-chic kitchen is an ancient marvel, with rich wooden cabinetry and a quaint dining table. Spanning the ground floor is four bedrooms, with authentic furnishings reflecting the classic style of the region. 
We can’t think of a better place to escape the hustle and bustle than the outdoor space, which gives you a bird's-eye view of the incredible, lush rural mountainscape and seascape. Swathed with lush lawns and exotic plants, you’ll be able to take in every inch of the phenomenal panoramas from the terrace. With Roman steps leading to the ten-metre swimming pool, its gleaming waters tempt you to cool off from the glaring Spanish heat. Make use of the poolside lounger and top up the tan, preferably with a cocktail in hand. For barbecue enthusiasts, you’re spoilt with an old-fashioned grill all set up for a cookout next to the sublime backdrop. Clink glasses and wind down the evening with a meal in the dining area overlooking the incredible scenery. 
Please note the balustrade around the pool area is lower than you may be used to at home and also features large gaps in the, pool terrace railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step down onto the terrace, 1 step down onto the lawn area, and 1 further step down to the poolside. The poolside is accessed via stepping stones over the grass. Inside, there are 2 steps from the lounge to the dining area, and 2 steps to the hallway from the bedrooms.
