Be greeted by a blend of modern and coastal décor. Unwind with panoramic views of the sea and iconic Phillip Island Bridge. This luxurious beachside retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. ( the main bedroom and ensuite upstairs are not accessible ( you have the entire rest of the house )
The space
Welcome to my slice of paradise! I'm not just a host, I am your personal advocate for adventure and relaxation! Picture this: cosy nooks for Netflix marathons, a kitchen that even Gordon Ramsay would envy (minus the yelling), and a bed so comfortable you'll swear it whispers sweet dreams. Forget bland hotel rooms; we're all about personality and pizzazz! So come on in, kick off your shoes, and make some happy memories
Enjoy the EXCLUSIVE use of this modern beachy industrial 2 bedroom home.
Ground level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Also there is a generous living area with large screen smart TV which leads out to large decking and lush private garden where you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed with side table, bedside lamps and full built in mirrored robes with plenty of space for storage.
Upstairs you will be greeted by glorious views of Cleeland Bight and San Remo . There is a large living, dining, kitchen , butlers pantry and separate powder room. Large sliding doors open up to extensive decking with built in gas BBQ , al fresco dining area and outdoor seating .
This upstairs area is a fantastic area to read a book, relax in the sun, catch up on all your favourite TV series or simply do NOTHING!
This house is designed to capture the best weather aspects for the sun or if its a bit chilly you can turn on the cosy gas log fireplace.

We stayed at Chris’s beautiful beach home for 13 days and we just cannot fault our stay and experience! The place is well set up, was clean and had absolutely everything we needed including many added extras which were really appreciated such as linen, bath towels, and kitchen and bathroom supplies! The house was extremely modern with an absolutely beautiful view! Close to the beach with lots of great safe places to ride with the kids! Communication was easy and Chris is such an easy going friendly person and made us feel so welcome! Honestly the best experience we have had in stayz! Do yourself a favour and stay here!!
