Our charming beachfront cottage offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding natural beauty. With direct beach access, you can spend your days enjoying the warm sun, exploring the rocky shoreline, and spotting wildlife such as bald eagles and seals. The spacious home features a bright and airy living room, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Dear valued guests,
As hosts who take great pride in providing a memorable experience for our guests, we would like to share some additional guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our property. Your cooperation in following these rules is greatly appreciated.
1. Upon reservation, we kindly request information about the group, including names, ages and relations. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours may result in cancellation.
2. At least one member of the group must be an adult who is 28 years of age or older.
3. Please do not burn candles inside the house for safety reasons.
4. Food consumption is limited to the kitchen and dining areas only.
5. Dispose of all garbage in the designated bins; no litter should be left anywhere on the property.
6. The wood stove is not operable.
7. Ensure that no personal items, including kayaks, are left on the beach after use.
As we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency, we would appreciate your assistance during the check-out process. We understand that departing on time may be challenging, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following:
1. Check-out time is 10:00 am sharp. Please allow our cleaning crew access as soon as they arrive at 10:00 am. If a late check-out is needed, please contact us for approval, subject to cleaning crew schedules.
2. Strip the beds, bring all bedding to the laundry room, and start a load of used towels with the provided dishwashing agent.
3. Empty, or load and start the dishwasher. Please leave the sink free of any dishes or silverware.
4. Dispose of all trash in plastic bags in the designated bin outside of the greenhouse.
5. Collect all personal belongings from inside and outside the house.
6. Please ensure all exterior doors are locked upon your departure.
Your cooperation in these matters is invaluable in helping us maintain the quality of our accommodations. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

This property tops our list of best Maine house ever! We've been going to Maine for 10 years and this is the perfect everything! The location is perfect, the beach is great with its periwinkle and small rocks beach uncovered during low tide and big boulders scattered throughout! We had our first ever air hockey tournament and oh my gosh, unexpected highlight! The decor certainly tops my list of best in Maine vacation rentals. It's comfortable and clean and nautical and very inviting. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating and they really made our stay overwhelming a 5/5. Sorry, Ryan Trehan, no 1 star review for you to foil! ;) Thanks Lords Beach!

Lords beach house was absolutely fantastic. Quick drive to Acadia or Bar Harbor. The family enjoyed the rocky beach and kayaking in the bay. Several seal sightings! Well furnished and great outdoor facilities for relaxing. Professional communication with check in. The price is worth the views and proximity to Acadia National Park.

From the first moment we booked the house, until our last day in Maine, the owners were so easy to work with and very communicative. They had a lovely s’mores and pancake kits as a welcome gift. The house was clean and had the most wonderful views that we enjoyed all throughout the day. Our kids especially enjoyed the high and low tides! It was easy to get around to lots of different areas, like Acadia National Park. We can’t wait to come back some day!

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and our Maine hosts, Zach and Jordan, were spectacular!! They were so accommodating, helpful, timely, and pleasant. The home was wonderfully spacious, well decorated, quiet, and perched right above the bay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, around the fire pit, and in the shaded recess looking out over the water. Plenty of windows and cross ventilation kept the premises very comfortable. Excellent bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Highly recommend renting this property!!
