Welcome to Bayou Nest! Fishermen and Boaters Welcome! Fun for the entire family awaits at this Pensacola, FL ranch home. Private heated swimming pool (extra daily fee to heat), boat house/dock and sun room with BBQ grill are available for you when you stay at this spacious home. We also have kayaks to explore the neighboring waters! When the night turns cool enjoy our new fire pit in the backyard. Perfect for roasting s'mores! This three-bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need to enjoy a fun family get-away. Living room, full dining room and eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances will accommodate up to 10 people, plus up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Fish from the newly built docks, bring your boat or jet ski.
We have a dock and pilings to accommodate two boats and the single swivel jet ski lift is available for you to use during your stay. The house also has a brand-new generator for the safety and comfort of your family!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen and spacious sun rooms. There is a flat screen tv in the living room along with a comfortable couch and rocker/lounge chair. The kitchen includes a counter with seating for 4. There is also a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy home cooked meals. The house features two outdoor sun rooms, one with a futon and the second room has an outdoor kitchen, dining table and chairs, and a flat screen tv. Step out to the back patio to the inviting swimming pool, complete with lounge chairs and fenced in back yard. Beautiful views of the surrounding waterways await you!
The three bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with king bed and tv. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The master also has a flat screen tv where you can enjoy a late night movie. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and flat screen tv. The second guest bedroom has two combo bunk beds, 2 full beds on the bottom and two twins on the top. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with single vanity and a shower. The house also includes a laundry room with a full-size clothes washer and dryer

We loved this house! It was beautiful & had everything we needed. We brought our Golden Retriever & she loved playing in the yard! I really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to bring our own beach chairs because they were provided. The host, Patti, was very helpful & answered all of our questions before our trip. Once we got to the house, she had all of the trip information plus recommendations on local restaurants & activities. This was our first time staying in this area & found that to be super helpful! Our family would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if a family has furry family members they want to include!

At the right time of year (no gvn’t shut down), this is a great place. Because of the shut down, we were not able to go onto the base or visit the museums.

**Peaceful, Private, and Perfect for Families (and Pets!)**We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was the perfect mix of comfort and privacy — tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet still close to everything we needed. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind.One of the biggest highlights for us was how **dog-friendly** it was. It’s so refreshing to find a place that truly welcomes pets and still maintains such a clean, well-kept environment.The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and the home had all the amenities we could ask for. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a family vacation spot, this beach house is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was clean and very well maintained. Setup was perfect . The problem was the beds , they where very old and they made noise every move you made , and im talking about the bunkbeds. Just horrible. You can enjoy the house during the day, but at night , the amount of bugs outside where extream . I wish they would have posted this before i booked ,The fact that you cant turn on the lights outside after dusk was a negative. Also so many cleaning fees . You dont clean the grill cleaning fee, you dont clean out the fridge extra fee. I thought i paid for a cleaning before. Why so many extra for something so simple.
