3 room holiday house on the hill with terrace and balcony, 4 sleeping accommodation, fully renovated, bedrooms with AC. Non-smoking accomodation.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with AC, 1 bedroom with double bed (2x90x200) and balcony, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x200), 1 shower room (shower, washbasin and WC, toweldryer).

Situated in a residential area on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, the Villas sur la Colline are right on the edge of the Massif de la Clape (a listed natural site) and offer a breathtaking view of the vegetation of our region. This charming residence of semi-detached villas offers a haven of peace for a relaxing holiday. Each villa has private parking and access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL during the summer (mid-June/mid-September).
The beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away. Tucked away on your own hill, you're close to everything, yet in a peaceful setting. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located for direct access to the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape.
