About this house rental
Tiki on the Lake is every boaters/sun loving dream vacation. With the ability to dock up to 4 boats with access to many beaches and restaurants. The Endless Sunrises and Sunsets are just breathtaking in the morning while sipping your coffee or in the early evening just having a glass of wine. It is a magnificent modern fully renovated home which is located in a SW upscale luxury waterfront home neighborhood on Finisterre Lake, the largest saltwater lake with Direct Gulf access within 20 minutes in Cape Coral. Luxuriously furnished with all amenities and spectacular views.
There are 3 bedrooms, they are all equipped with a King bed. Two of the three bedrooms have sliding doors opening to the lanai, pool, and dock and every bedroom features its own 65-inch flat smart tv. Top quality towels, linens and mattresses.
The master bathroom en suite boasts a walk-in shower with two rain shower heads so that each person can adjust the temperature to their liking, toilet, and bidet.
Between the 2 guest bedrooms is a bathroom with a walk-in-shower with an overhead rain shower head. This bathroom also has access to the outdoors so that when in the pool you have access to the bathroom.
The house is an open concept from the large living room and spacious gourmet kitchen which boasts a 12-foot island that sits up to 6 people and is fully stocked kitchen with gourmet gas cook top/oven.
High speed wireless internet, Sonos sound bar, Smart 75 inch in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Living area has a tv/fireplace wall.
The lanai is completely screened in with a paver deck and a large electric heated saltwater swimming pool with its northern exposure which gives you the best of both worlds with plenty of sun to be in the pool or sun bathe by the pool or on the dock or if you prefer shade there are plenty of areas in the lanai that provide plenty of shade with a sitting area equipped with a fire pit and a dinning table with seating for 6 to enjoy your meal al fresco.
The dock is 40 feet into the lake. Sit at the dock with the fire pit enjoying a cocktail and if it is a cool evening make sure to spark up the fire pit and maybe enjoy a smores for the ultimate experience of Sunrises and Sunsets everyday and every evening creating the ideal Florida getaway. You also have the ability to dock up to a 36-foot boat in the back of the house, as well as 3 additional boats.
Love to fish? You can fish from the dock too and for added convenience there is a fish cleaning table. There is easy access to launch the provided Kayak and enjoy a paddle around the immense canal system in SW Cape Coral. Be sure to look for interesting and beautiful wildlife, including, dolphins, manatees, many types of wonderful eagles, pelicans and more!
Looking for more? Close to grocery stores, dinning, shopping, and entertainment. The house is located just 2 miles from the lovely Tarpon Point Marina Complex, where you can enjoy the Westin Resort, fine dining live music, bars, family dining, coffee and ice cream shops, harbor and sightseeing tours, and more! Not to be outdone, the Cape Harbour Marina Complex has similar offerings and is just a mile from this home. There are also lovely parks and hikes nearby, including The Rotary Park Environmental Center and the Glover Bight Boardwalk and Observation Enjoy exploring this beautiful part of SW Florida!

Sun Lovers Paradise was a perfect home for our family vacation! The view and outdoor living space is incredible and not fully captured by the listing photos - you walk into the home to an immediate expansive view of the pool and lake which is truly breathtaking. The home was extremely clean and well appointed between kitchen supplies, everything you need for a beach day, and plenty of towels. It was an ease to communicate with Karen, who was easily accessible and responsive. The neighborhood had a safe and friendly feel and was close to everything you may need. We will definitely book this home again if traveling to the Cape Coral area!

My family had an amazing vacation in Sun Lovers Paradise. The house is beautiful and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Lake view is beautiful.Our host Karen was very nice and very helpful.She welcomed us with beautiful Easter decorations .Definitely we will be back . Thank you,Karolina .

Amazing property! Simply beautiful, clean, modern & spacious. Three king rooms with comfy beds. Master bath with rain shower and hand held plus built for two! Beach towels & chairs for up to six guests. High end finishes, yet cozy. Large TV in every bedroom & living room. Wonderful outdoor dinning space and lounge chairs. Pool was super clean & heat included. The boat dock included a fire pit (gas) and plenty of seating providing spectacular views of sunrise & sunset over the salt water lake. Dolphins swim by and frolic. As if the property itself were not enough Karen was outstanding, checked in to be sure access was seamless. I have stayed in many a VRBO this however was the best experience I have ever had! Don’t miss the chance to visit this slice of paradise. I will be returning myself.

My husband and I spent a month in this home. It’s absolutely stunning. It has every amenity you could want. The hosts were great. The location is super. Close to everything and on a “lake” so you get amazing sunsets. Sitting out on the dock under the tiki hut was a wonderful place to just enjoy bird watching, an occasional manatee and tons of fish. The lanai is great too. We enjoyed many meals out there, watched some movies and sunbathing. My daughter and her family visited for a week and there was plenty of space. The pictures don’t do it justice. I can’t say enough! Best VRBO I’ve stayed in yet!
