We went for World Series tournament we were right next to the ball fields. We had a blast while there. The boys were able to play during the day and then after games hang out in pool or quiet time at the fishing pond. They were able to come to house relax between games.

Great location, clean, loved the pool. Just bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags if you are staying awhile. Only one roll per bathroom, no extra garbage bags.
