Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was absolutely perfect—safe, in a great location, and within easy walking distance to the beach and many excellent restaurants. It was also very convenient to explore other areas of interest such as Old San Juan, Santurce, and Condado, all just a short drive away.The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.Anthony was a superb host. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and responses were always quick and helpful. When we experienced an emergency in the middle of the night, Anthony responded immediately, arrived quickly, and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. The level of care and accommodation shown meant so much to us, and we are truly grateful.We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and very clean. Had an emergency and was in need to return home. The Host was very understanding.

The room is okay. The washroom is a bit awkward as it is placed as you enter.
