Relax with family/friends at this country-side, peaceful, gated 13-acre vineyard estate located near Clearlake. The property features a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath residence, 9-acre Cabernet vineyard, gorgeous views of Mt Konocti and pedigree vineyards such as Amber Knolls and Boutique. Enjoy stunning sunrise/sunset views from every corner of the house. The open concept, fully stocked kitchen is a fun gathering place. The Kelseyville downtown, about 5 minutes away, is a small place with excellent drive through coffee shop, several very good restaurants and unique wineries. Clearlake, one of the best bass fishing lakes in America and a water sports heaven, is a quick 10-15 mins drive away.

Our stay at this property was extremely pleasant. The views were incredible,the space was extremely relaxing and comfortable after long days fishing. Parking was spacious. Grateful for our time there! Would absolutely book again
