About this house rental
Spacious, 2 story home! Only SEVEN miles to FIFA World Cup - TX RANGERS - Globe Life Field, AT&T Cowboys Stadium, TEXAS LIVE & Six Flags! Close to DFW & DAL AIRPORTS, Downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, Comedy clubs & a variety of museums. 4-5 miles to Arlington Highlands/GP Premium Outlet Mall, Indoor WATER PARK & Joe Pool LAKE! Centrally located in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood! Equipped w/everything you need for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Backyard OASIS w/pool & spa with lots of outdoor seating for sunbathing/lounging/eating. *Open concept kitchen/bar, fully equipped and ready to prepare meals.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage, the outdoor upstairs deck, a hallway closet and the primary bedroom's closet. Dresser, Garment rack & luggage rack are provided. *Fireplace is not available for use.
*Just a heads up! You may see squirrels, raccoons & neighborhood feral cats in the area and backyard, during your stay.
Checkout details:
11am is the regular time for checkout. The time is flexible depending on cleaning crew scheduling!
The basic Cleaning Fee charged covers the professional deep cleaning of floors and bathrooms after check-out as well as laundering of all bed linens and towels—guests do not need to do any post-usage deep clean up. However, there are a few quick things required of all guests before checkout (to avoid additional discretionary cleaning charges) as follows, like garbage out and dishes cleaned. (details and brief checklist sent in prearrival email with check-in details.)
The house is accessible by 24-hour keyless entry - there are no keys to lose or leave behind. You and your group have 24/7 exclusive access to the house with a fully fenced backyard, pool and patio areas.
We understand accidental damages sometimes occurs, but the good news is you’re covered by a Damage Protection Policy included with every reservation! Please be sure to accurately, promptly, and responsibly report any damages incurred during your stay. You paid a Damage Protection Fee which covers 100% up to $3000 or $5000 (depending on the coverage secured) of all accidental damages with zero deductible and does not go on any public insurance records against you in any way. Hosts file the claim, which you verify happened, and the costs of repairs and replacements are sent directly to the Host.
During your stay, you will have 24/7 Host support to answer any questions before and during your reservation period to ensure your stay is most enjoyable!

Absolutely wonderful in every way. Clean, great communication, this property has all the little extras. The pool and spa are relaxing and very clean. Lots of attention to detail. Highly recommend. If you are on the fence, book it!!

Great stay for our family of four! Incredibly clean, comfortable home. Our kids enjoyed having their own rooms with TVs and loved the pool — they went swimming nearly every day during our stay. The host even provided some drinks and snacks which we enjoyed. Pretty good location with access to the Arlington entertainment district for Six Flags, Rangers games and more!

We loved our time at Ciao Bella. We rented this house for a girl's trip to attend the Morgan Wallen concert at the At&t Stadium. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the pool and ended up not going anywhere else the entire weekend. We stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool every day of our trip. I also like the fact that the Owners checked in with us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service. You usually don't hear from anyone. I would highly recommend staying here.
