Introducing a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home nestled in close proximity to the breathtaking Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and downtown Felton shops and restaurants (221106). This charming residence has undergone a recent transformation, boasting a blend of modern amenities and timeless elegance. With the State Park just a stone's throw away, this home offers easy entry to nature's wonders. Situated on the same lot with another home and pool ("Redwood Oasis").
The Space:
All brand new and stylish! The master bedroom has a king memory foam bed with a view of the backyard and the second bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and office nook. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. You'll get to enjoy modern amenities including a mini split heating and cooling system, reverse osmosis purified drinking water system, rainfall shower for a relaxing cleanse, cotton linens and a fully stocked kitchen for the chef in your group.

Guests have access to the entire home, fenced yard and a dedicated parking area located down the long driveway, with space for 2â3 tandem vehicles in front of the garage.
Please note: the garage is not included, nor are the two other rental homes on the property or the pool, which are reserved for other guests.

Youâre welcome to use the shared laundry utility room during your stay.
Please note that laundry use is paused during the winter rainy season (typically DecemberâApril).

Youâll also be close to popular trails like Fall Creek, known for its fern-covered canyons and tranquil creekside paths. Downtown Felton is just minutes away and full of character, featuring unique boutiques, artisan coffee shops, and delicious local dining.
Looking for some sun and surf? Santa Cruz beaches, the Boardwalk, and coastal attractions are an easy 20-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Parking is easy and accessible in and around Felton. If you enjoy walking, youâre just a 10â20 minute stroll from Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, the Felton Library, seasonal farmers market, and downtown shops and restaurants. Prefer to drive? All are just a few minutes away by car.
