The Pescadou cottage is a unique cottage at the foot of the village of Tournon d'Agenais, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

A charming 4-star cottage for 4 people, on 2 levels - not accessible to people with reduced mobility - in a rural setting, facing the Pescadou lake and back to the road.


Located in Lot-et-Garonne, on the borders of the Tarn et Garonne, and very close to the Lot, you have something to feast your eyes on!

Accommodating up to 4 people, the cottage has a building on 2 levels, with a total surface area of 70 square meters. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.

Upstairs, you will first discover a bedroom with 2 single beds, then a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room, offering a beautiful view of the lake.

A shower room separates the two bedrooms.

2 terraces and their garden furniture, one covered and the other open-air, allow you to enjoy the setting, facing the Pescadou lake.
A barbecue is available.

1 fully equipped laundry room is available.

A 4-seater jacuzzi is available. To be booked as preparation is required, thank you for your understanding.

Your host is a Spanish teacher, she can give lessons on request, offer language stays, also conversation courses in French for Spanish and English speakers.
