This 70 sqm apartment on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator is ideal for couples or small families of up to four people. Bright and quiet, it has a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.
It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, fireplace and is non-smoking.
The location is strategic: a few steps from the M2/M5 metro stops (Garibaldi FS and Moscova) , the Porta Garibaldi station and the tram and bus, with quick connections to the center and the main attractions of Milan.
City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
Extra: CRIB € 30,00 Per stay (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).

Nice area of town with easy access to the Metro. Spacious apartment with effective AC, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The light switches and outlets were hard to figure out and we would have preferred to have two sets of keys, but other than those things this was a perfect place to stay.
