Passionate farmers, it is in Chalosse, facing the Pyrenees, that we have the pleasure of welcoming you to the Jouandéou cottage in the heart of a family farm that has been going on for 5 generations. An ideal place for a quiet and authentic stay, you can also discover the region where traditions, gastronomy and local festivals are rich. The beaches are 1 hour away, but you will enjoy the swimming pool service on site. The house has been completely renovated and refurbished, the antique furniture has been restored to find its place in a world of intense and warm colors. - The ground floor has a large fitted kitchen that opens onto a spacious double living room. - A dining room adjoining the kitchen can accommodate 10 guests for beautiful tables with family or friends. - A large double-height entrance hall and its old staircase providing access to the upper floor, also serves on the ground floor a separate toilet with washbasin, a large laundry room and a spacious bedroom (bed 160) and its private shower room with WC. - A generous landing upstairs serves 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 180 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom with WC and a shower room with WC. The house offers a comfortable heat pump system with cast iron radiators on the ground floor and a reversible air conditioning system upstairs. A pleasure garden rich in multiple varieties of flowers surrounds the house and a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, and accessible from the living room, extends to the south. You can visit the farm, discover the production of the cannery and be welcomed at the boutique area located near the cottage. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, between June and September, located near the owner's house, below the farm.
