It is ideal accommodation for extended stays because it has all the comforts of home: washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, espresso machine, gas stove, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, wifi, air conditioning and heating, as well as bed linen and towels. In the terrace you can eat on the table under the umbrella, in an area well protected from privacy.
There is possibility of car parking in the garage owned to the P-1, on request; the parking dimensions are 2.5x5 meters, we recommend to check the size of the car you are traveling with.
Behind the house there is a quiet public park, a square with ice cream, fast food, Poke, Neapolitan pizzeria and a tobacco bar. Very close to the supermarket Esselunga, pharmacy and Mediaworld. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, it is ideal for staying in the city with the advantages of a lush park (Lambretta, near the former factory of the famous motoretta).
