Only 2 mi to TAMU campus & 3 mi to stadium, located off of University Dr. This renovated home is close to restaurants and shopping. Or if you prefer to stay in, there's a fully stocked kitchen. Watch the streamed game on the 75" TV. Enjoy the gas firepit and hammock in the fenced in backyard. There’s a grill and a party shed for your special celebrations. Read a book or play a game in front of the fireplace. Retreat to a bedroom (each with blackout curtains, TVs, and fans).

We were in town for a TAMU football game and had a fabulous stay. Property has a great location and is close to campus. Very clean, very spacious, and owners have done a great job to make their guests feel welcome. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place and we would choose it again.

Our family LOVED our stay at Howdy Haus! It was the perfect place to gather and honor my daughter getting her Aggie ring. I felt right at home, very comfortable and was able to actually relax. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
