Great owners and very clean property. The fully fenced back yard was a nice surprise. Some of the essentials (Paper goods, sugar, and tea) were shy for a 6nt stay but we managed. Slept great and nice quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood near a lake and a golf course. The rooms are sizable the kitchen and living room are sizable and the back deck and backyard too.
It is nice to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher.

This home is priced better than area hotels and is 1,500 SF with a security alarm system and safe neighborhood. There’s a large kitchen and fenced in backyard. This property is perfect for personal or work travel in a central location. Clean property and like home away from home.

This home is in a walkable location to the marina and lake, however, it is very outdated and could use some sprucing up. It advertises a hot tub, but there isn't one. It advertises bikes and a boat, but there is one bike and no boats. When I brought this up to the owner, he did offer to pay for one kayak at the marina. He always responded to my communication in a timely manner. We had to purchase a gas grill tank exchange because it was empty, however, upon asking, the owner did reimburse us. The kitchen is somewhat stocked, but there was only one (somewhat) sharp knife. Luckily our daughter lived close by so she went to get some. There was sufficient sleeping areas and the beds were comfortable enough. The MBR has a king size bed (not mentioned). We always bring our own linens when we rent vrbo's but we didn't bring that size because the pictures looked like smaller beds. The other two beds are queen. It has a spacious deck with lots of seating and the neighborhood seemed quiet. Overall, it was just fair compared to many other homes we have stayed at, but I would suggest bringing or buying everything you need, including hand soap and laundry detergent.
