About this villa rental
Villa arranged on three levels: access floor with atrium and French window with balcony overlooking the pool and lake; living room with 2 two-seater sofas. Going up the stairs, you will find: master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bidet and whirlpool bath; 2nd bedroom with single bed and bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower all in one environment; 3rd bedroom with double sofa bed.
Going down the stairs, you access the actual ground floor with: a large separate kitchen fully equipped with a peninsula: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, crockery; from the kitchen you directly access the porch equipped with dining table and chairs and the private swimming pool. Next to it, a small outdoor kitchen. On this same floor is the third separate bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet with a window door overlooking the garden. Continuing, you access a laundry area with washing machine. The villa then continues with an annex with air conditioning, connected but separate in spaces: it consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and double shower and a 2nd kitchen fully equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, blender and professional bar coffee machine.
