Villa Bella is an impressive 4 bedroom villa situated by the charming village of Svetvincenat with bars, restaurants and a mini market within walking distance. The poolside terrace and summer kitchen are the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing days in the sun. An ideal villa for friends and family to appreciate the Croatian countryside with the Istrian coastline only a 25 minute drive away. The historic city of Rovinj, with its attractive buildings and stunning coastline is also 25 minutes away. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are included.
Villa Bella has an enviable location in a countryside setting only a short 5 minute walk from the village of Svetvincenat with its charming streets, picturesque square and the historic Grimani castle to explore. A small number of bars, restaurants and a mini market are in this delightful village. A drive of 25 minutes will take you to the spectacular Istrian coastline and the beach resorts of Fazana and Medulin. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful city of Rovinj, its architecture, winding cobbled streets and stunning sea views are well worth a visit
