About this house rental

Boutique German Village townhome just steps away from Schiller park and many GV favorites. This truly unique home has a new full and half bath (2021) as well as totally remodeled chef's kitchen (2021). Property features all-marble bathroom, natural granite tile, original hardwood floors, and exposed brick from the turn of the century. In the backyard, you'll be pleased to find a private deck, brick patio, and 3+designated parking spots. As part of a national registrar of protected historic homes - this home is centrally located in south Columbus - minutes from downtown, short north, Buckeye football games and all Columbus Ohio has to offer.

Location was great- but the property itself needed some cleaning. The furniture was dusty. There was a fitted sheet on the beds but not a sheet. There weren’t any K-cups but they did have a machine.
