This property is professionally decorated with restoration touches and chic decorations throughout with practical elements like TV's in every room, wifi, an extensively equipped kitchen (please see house rules about cooking foods that leave a lingering oder) with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances throughout and a washer/dryer right in the unit. This home has an open floor plan that is perfect for couples or families vacationing together.
All of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom and guest room are decorated with modern touches and white linens.
At Padre Island Beach View you will have 2 reserved parking spots right in front of the home to make unloading your suitcases easier. There is also a salt water pool that is heated in the off season to make your stay in the fall/winter more enjoyable, BBQ pits, and plenty of places to lounge while being surrounded by lush landscaping.

Salty Toes was a very comfortable stay. The location is great being across the street from the beach and within walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. We ate at the Boat House that was about a block away. The sunset was great at their outdoor bar. The pool was very nice and close enough to send the kids down the path right out the back door. We were able to grill and eat at the pool while the kids swam. The HEB, that is on the right before coming over the bridge, had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the entertainment for the kids indoors as well with board games and an Xbox to keep them occupied while the adults enjoyed the very comfortable furnishings. The beds were very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 10 of us to catch up on sleep. This will remain on my short list of vacation rentals.

Not sure where to even begin. This condo surpasses any expectations I had in a vacation rental. The design/decor is NOT your typical "beach" theme at all. The bedrooms were all comfortable in size and I especially liked the little balcony off the master. Betsy was great about answering any questions and recommending eateries in the area! (Must try Fins in Port A if you can)!! The pool was quite nice if we didn't feel like walking to the beach, which isn't a long walk at all. Definitely will be back again!!

I loved my stay at Salty Toes !!!!
I will be returning very soon. The property was clean and new and had everything I needed! The pool was nice as well as the beach. I had a wonderful weekend !!!
