It had plenty of areas to sleep, and the location was quiet at night. Plenty of pool toys, and bath/pool towels to use. Trash bags, paper products and other household items were very much appreciated. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied was definitely a plus.
The toilets, and showers need to be repaired or updated. Closets need to be repaired to open/close easily (broken or loose knobs). The couch could use a thorough cleaning. Would be nice to lower the air conditioning, coolest place in the home was the hall bathroom. The porch stairs need a little tlc. The kitchen needs a cookie sheet and a lid that stays on the coffee pot. There are a couple of other items that need some attention.

Highly recommend this house!! If you want to enjoy in a clean, comfortable place with your family this is the place! We loved and our kids loved more the pool. Of course we enjoyed the beach 5min away and golf cart is a plus! Thanks Maggie for all your help and attendance. 5 ⭐️ home!
