Posizione buona, vicino al mare e alla linea L1, con ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Bel palazzo storico, accoglienza e gentilezza della signora che ci ha aperto. Nonostante mancassero alcune cose è venuto un ragazzo prontamente a portare altra carta igienica e i saponi.
Pulizia non proprio ottimale, servizi al minimo. Bagno un po' vecchio (lavandino che si ottura, soffione pieno di calcare). Le camere sono ampie e spaziose ma molto rumorose perché affacciano su strada quindi si potrebbero fornire dei tappi per le orecchie. Forse andrebbe specificato meglio che l'ascensore al 4 piano è a pagamento (20 cents).

Nice view and location. Spacious apartment, fair price/money ratio. Easy check-in/check-out
The fridge is working badly, lack of cups, no iron. The sink wasn't working properly and despite communicating it on 1/5 days of stay - this wasn't resolved
