Premium location, frente al MALBA, muy luminoso

El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo, súper acogedor y con muy buena ubicación

Estaba todo muy bien, los mosquitos no son culpa del lugar

The apartment is in a great location. It was clean and smelled fresh. There was a good supply of towels and we appreciated the washing machine and drying rack (didn’t use the dryer). building has character and is very well maintained. Silvia was kind to wait for us when our Uber driver took to the very far opposite of BA (make sure you specify Palermo when ordering).

Starting the first morning of our four-day stay, a dog in the apartment below starting yapping around 0730. It continued for over an hour, both morning and evening, during our entire stay. By our last night the noise, and our frustration, reached a boiling point. Silvia was apologetic, referred to us as “the first victims” of the new dog in the building but said she could do nothing to manage it. I cannot recommend booking this apartment until there is a guarantee the problem has been resolved. It’s unfortunate but it a great experience.
