Apartamento muy acogedor, limpio y calentito. No pudimos disfrutar la terraza porque llovía pero tenía muy buena pinta. Está a 15 minutos andando del centro

Buona posizione, appartamento grande e riscaldato.
C'era odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno e si diffondeva nell'appartamento. Risolto parzialmente tenendo aperte le finestre e chiusa la porta del bagno. C'erano tracce di muffa nella doccia e su alcune pareti. Solo ora leggo altre recensioni che parlavano di questi problemi già a gennaio 2026. Non ho capito perché non sono stati ancora risolti. Anche la terrazza era sporca.
