The Heart Villa, Exquisite Pool to Relax & Unwind

The facilities was great

The plumbing and water heater were somewhat faulty

My family and I loved everything about the property. Great location , the pool was amazing and the staff was exceptional. House is fully equipped with every thing we needed.

The front room only needs some high dusting or airing out as it’s the only room our sinus kept raising in. However the house was overall clean

The property was very well maintained and there was lots of space for our whole group of 13 to stay comfortably . Would definitely stay here again . Also was in a gated community so it felt very safe .

In order to go to the beach from the property a car or transport of some form would be needed . Not walkable but lovely area and still very short distance couple mins at the most by car to beaches .

The location was excellent...The house is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is excellent for large crowds The pots and pans excellent condition Sheet and towels quality on point Pool always clean

Your entire property was not clean before guess arrived ....wacker man coming on the same day of entry was not good...all these things suppose to be done before any guest arrive at you villa ....if you want good reviews your place have to be well put away...the cupboards with the bowl wasn't pack in order ...inside the cupboards dirty we had to wash everything before use The washer and dryer was good but dirty The showers glass doors wasn't clean The hall area door was clean The toilets had water stain the could have been clean before we reach because we had to scub it ourselves The pool toilet was never clean..we scorn to even use it Tour bathroom want functional no shower in a room that had to be shared with 4 people The sink water draining slow.. The video was sent Pictures was sent Other guess tablet bottle left in the bedroom floor under the cupboards that pic was sent as well In general the cost of your villa was not worth the price....we will not consider another stay with this villa...but we appreciate a refund that was offered although it should be more than one night all the issue we address for a 5 day vacation could have been avoided ... A 30% discount was offered well ..thank you.. I understand people can be very didhonest when you have them incharge...but whst i also saw was an entire shower bought and the plumber didnt put it in....you all is getting taken advantage of and in my short stay I can assure you this has happen before many times My niece is Johnny Que Secretary we can offer you alot of great offers on the products and plumbing supplies ....I am great with cleaning and getting things done fast and efficient...I will willing to offer my services for property maintenance if you need it ...I work as a balliff for Unicomer...( courts).
