Emerald Apartment - 286

The apartment is located in a comfortable, gated area, close to the beach (fully with the description on booking), with a store and restaurants nearby - you can buy everything you need. The apartment was also very clean and had fresh, pleasantly smelling bed linen. We didn't have batteries for the 'remote control' and couldn't find any in the store, so we contacted the agent of apartment, and he brought them to us on the next day. Thank you for such service :)

Upon moving in, we discovered water on the floor at the bathroom entrance. Water drips periodically from the boiler, first hitting the washing machine and then the floor. We were disappointed that the agent didn't inform us about this. We could have placed a container underneath and monitored the water to prevent it from overflowing. When we reported this issue to the agent, they said they weren't aware of it. However, we assume they are aware of the problem, as there is visible water damage to the wall... The main message of this comment - communication is better then silence or then pretend you don't know anything.
