民宿位置我們覺得還不錯，非商圈的住宅區，停車方便，安靜。到美國村也很近。 入住前房東已經將全棟冷氣開啟，一整天行程跑完，進到房子感覺就很舒服。 小孩遊戲室很加分，軟墊地板安全做得很好，行程結束小孩可以繼續放電，大人在客廳聊天放鬆超讚。 宵夜還有一間開到24:00的暖慕拉麵可以選擇，走路3分鐘就到。
浴室裡浴缸側的牆壁是全玻璃，但外牆是木板牆有間隙，沒有遮蔽簾，實際使用時隱私上感覺會有點顧慮。 上二樓旋轉梯空間小，梯面有大小，拿行李到二樓不太方便，6歲以下小朋友建議不要獨自上下樓避免危險。

部屋数が多く、大人数でも利用でき、子連れでも安心して利用できた。特におもちゃがたくさん置いてあったため楽しく過ごせた。
トイレとお風呂が分かれていないので、やや煩雑。

提供的設備很多，連小童都有一間獨立玩具房，非常一兩個家庭一起入住！
洗衣設備放在室外，只能在房東限定的時間內洗/乾衣物（晚上0900至早上0700期間是不可以使用呢）
