Had some difficulty with the entry to the unit. Was given the wrong key code for lock box. Had to call representative as I was unable to enter the unit well after 4:00PM. Representative said that the room hadn't been inspected yet (after 4:00PM), saying that this is why the code didn't work. After giving the benefit of a doubt, I waited around for an hour, and after 5:00PM, was still not able to enter the room with code given. After calling back, another rep, said he was surprised that I was given that information - about united needing inspection before releasing of keypad entry. Ultimately he provided me with a default code to get to the key box containing a key, overriding the keypad. Key required some "jiggling", making it sort of difficult to use. Ultimately got it to work after several attempts.

The location was perfect.

The jacuzzi tub worked 1 day. The decor (pictures on walls)was falling apart. There was broken towel rod under sink and random junk thrown in the closets. Only 2 wash rags for 4 people. Kitchen was really under equipped for people coming for longer than 1 day. Needs a pan you can actually use on that stove and few utensils to cook with. The fireplace did not work. I know it says control is on wall and it still did not work.

Very spacious and great location

Missing some features like a good coffee machine (Keurig or Nespresso) and ski locker in the building
