Hardware were excellent. Software need quite a bit of improvement.

Hardware is good. Somebody really designed it well.

Small things. Hotel staff were not friendly. Has a bit of dust. Missing a lot of essential items needed for having a kitchen. Washer was dirty.

Relaxing Stay

The apartment is modern and exactly like the pictures. The space is big. The balcony is very nice and overlooks a small farm. The area is very quiet which is nice and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and a Nespresso machine. The area is quiet, no shops around the nearest grocery store can be visited by car or bike in a few minutes.

We chose this apartment not only for its great reviews but for the air conditioning, the air condition is working fine for the living area and the kitchen. But the only air outlet is in the living area so the bedroom does not get cooled enough, the main problem on hot summer nights even with the window partially open and the AC is on in the living area the bedroom is not cool enough. Also communication with the reception team is not the best, to resolve a minor issue several emails, phone calls and I had to visit the reception twice. That said I will definitely be back again I need to pick weeks where the weather is not that hot.

An excellent base for exploring the Salzburg area

There was no problem in accessing the apartment after arriving early evening from a UK flight. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very modern and well-designed.

Equipment was fairly limited, crockery only 4 pieces of each. No toaster.

לא רחוק מזלצבורג . בעיירה קטנה ושקטה . צוות מאוד נחמד ועוזר. הבית חדש יחסית , מיטות נוחות הבית בנוי נכון ומאוד נוח .

Lugar tranquilo y apartamento en extraordinarias condiciones.

El estado del apartamento es espectacular, todo nuevo, parking, ambiente, wifi, netflix, lavadora, cafetera,tranquilidad todo muy limpioy en perfectas condiciciones, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia.

La verdad que no hay nada que no me gustara, quizás por poner un pero la almohada un poco blandita para mi gusto pero la cama muy cómoda, quizás poner una almohada extra más durita para tener la opción de las personas como yo de dormir con una almohada más dura.

Estancia perfecta

Apartamentos muy completos e impecables. Ubicación ideal para quienes deseen descansar en toda tranquilidad. Tiene todo lo necesario, lavavajillas, lavadora/secadora, vajilla, etc. pPor decir alguna mejora, quizás vendría bien poner a disposición de los huéspedes una tostadora. El balcón con su conjunto de muebles exteriores es muy apreciable para tomarse un aperitivo con vistas a los montes y campos de los alrededores. Personal de recepción en el hotel cercano muy amable y rápido para el check-in y el checkout.

Aunque entiendo que es difícil controlarlo, convendría poner algún sistema de control en cuanto al respeto del concepto de "adults only". Durante nuestra estancia, pudimos escuchar como otros huéspedes sí se alojaban con niños. Así se lo comentamos en recepción.

Waarschijnlijk was het een foutje omdat verder alles perfect was, maar het appartement zelf was niet heel goed schoongemaakt. Het enige minpunt, nogmaals: we denken dat er iets niet goed gegaan is en hebben er zelf geen werk van gemaakt.

Tolles luxuriöses Apartment, kostenlose Benutzung der Verkehrsmittel (Mobility Ticket), herzliches Willkommen durch Hote

Eine modernes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment (Gehobene Klasse) in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, etwa 15 Busminuten von Salzburg entfernt. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze inklusive Carport. Wir haben im Hotel Gerl eingecheckt, das etwa 5 Autominuten vom Apartment entfernt ist. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, man benötigt kein Auto. Das Mobility Ticket bekommt man vom Hotel kostenlos per Mail zugesandt. Der Deposit von 300 € ist gerechtfertigt und bekommt man wieder gutgeschrieben! 😇

Hier gibt’s wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln bei fast 100 qm Wohnfläche ein Traum hier zu übernachten 😇

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage, Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Das gesamte Haus und die Wohnungen sind neu und hochwertig. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso neu, hochwertig und komplett - aber nicht sehr vielteilig.

Es wurde ein Türcode übergeben, der mehrfach nicht funktionierte. Der tel. übermittelte Ersatzcode funktionierte auch nicht. Dann kam die Chefin mit Ihrer Codekarte, die schließlich funktionierte. Der zuletzt übermittelte Code funktionierte dann ab dem 2. Tag. Die Ausstattung ist für alle Geschirr- und Besteckteile 4-fach. Wenn man frühstückt und zu Abend ißt, muß bei 2 Personen , täglich entweder gespült- oder die Spülmaschine angestellt werden. Es war eine hochwertige Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden; leider ist dies nicht so nachhaltig wie eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine mit Filtereinsatz. Unser Kaffeepulver konnten wir natürlich deshalb nicht verwenden.

Helt ny og romslig leilighet av høy kvalitet.

Pene omgivelser. Alt var nytt. Materialer og interiør av høy kvalitet. Stort bad/dusj. Stor terrasse med komfortable utemøbler og gode solforhold. Flott utsikt. Gode senger. Velutstyrt kjøkken.

Soverom nr 2 var lite og manglet skap. Burde vært noe mer dekketøy (kun 6 av hvert). Kun 1 wc, litt upraktisk når man er 4 voksne. Litt trang parkeringsplass. For lite kapasitet på søppelkasser.

Tolle Zeit in einem perfektem App.

Qualitativ sehr guter Standard. Es fehlte bis auf einen Toaster an nix! Check in war toll und das Essen im angeschlossen Hotel exquisit. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und dennoch sehr gut angebunden.

Die abgedunkelten Scheiben sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Couch ist für 2 zu klein.
